Born in the city of Zuul Fortem, Crystal was raised in a magical family. From a young age it was noticed that she had an aptitude for magic, and was raised to be a mage, the magic she was most adept at was blood magic, which was unusual for her race. Her parents knew this was unusual but tried to put her through magical training anyway. She got along with the other children her age but was more of an odd bird, as she liked to toy with animals she found by making their blood move them around and usually stopping their heart when she was done playing with them. This was soon stopped by a mage who had watched her do it, he scolded her and from then on she made sure no one was watching, learning to manipulate the blood to better degrees. During the days she usually helped and watched her father work, as he was an enchanter.
It is now years later and Crystal has learned the trade of an enchanter, along with an accomplished blood mage. She has decided to leave Zuul Fortem to learn more about magic and gain power, wandering from city to city and learning tads and bits of information. She came across an abandoned castle one day and decided to make it her home, the central point in which she comes back to when she needs a rest from traveling and learning. She fixed it up and made traps for any nosy people. Currently she is selling her enchanter services in exchange for books on magic or other services that she can't do, being an enchanter.
