Favith Svenvald Uttenveg
2) Where were you born/ raised?
In a small, private home in the wilderness near Lorn.
3) Were you popular as a child? Explain why or why not.
Favith was taught at home by his Father and Mother. The family had an extensive collection of books and so Favith spent much of his time reading and learning. He did not interact with other children as there were usually none around and trips into towns were few and far between growing up. When Favith did meet other children they usually thought of him as too consumed with books and learning to be any fun to play with.
4) Describe five aspects of each of your parents.
Father-Favith’s father was a mage and thus a bit of a perfectionist in all things. He was stern with Favith and emphasized the importance of education and learning while Favith was growing up. He was not one to show affection or heap praise whenever Favith did well. He was, however, very quick to show displeasure.
Mother-Favith’s mother had been a Cleric-in-training before meeting his Father and leaving her cleric path to be married and raise a family. She was practically the mirror opposite of Favith’s father in most things. She was kind, loving and compassionate. She too emphasized the importance of education to Favith but she also taught him the importance of kindness and compassion. She died when Favith was in his late teens and her dying wish was that Favith make his Father proud by becoming a grand mage.
5) Do you have any siblings? What are their names, how many are there, and what are your views about them?
Favith was an only child.
6) Do you have any work experience? Describe.
After leaving his family’s cabin to officially join the Mages College, Favith did hold down some menial jobs. At the Mages College he helped in the kitchens learning the basics of food preparation and cooking. He also served as an assistant scribe in the College’s library in his final years of study.
7) How do you spend your spare time?
As a mage, Favith is consumed by the pursuit of arcane knowledge and world lore. He reads books voraciously and when he encounters one that hints at an ancient artifact or a forgotten ruin he gathers his gear and heads out to find it.
8.) Would you run or fight in a battle? What are the causes?
Favith does not fear battle but he generally tries to avoid it. He is comfortable with his powers but views most fighting as time wasted. Favith would rather be searching for a lost artifact or reading a book about ancient magic rather than wasting his time fighting. The only exception is when he encounters creatures when he is out artifact hunting—he views them as barriers to his goal and does not hesitate to destroy them.
9) Are you allergic to anything?
Favith is allergic to alcohol and therefore does not drink.
10) Are you a light or a heavy drinker? What type of drunkard are you?
As stated above, Favith does not drink---alcohol makes him sick and he avoids it at all costs.
11) Have you committed any crimes? Details, please.
Favith grew up in a secluded cabin in the forest and then went directly to the Mages College once his father thought he was ready. Life at the College was strictly supervised and left no time for getting into trouble. Favith has not committed any crimes and is not the type of person to do so.

Live in a deep unknown cave? d]x] Favith is a natural explorer and would be perfectly happy making a cave his home. Besides, such a location would offer him peace and quiet so he could study his books and prepare for his next expedition.

Favith has a Tattoo of a cresting wave on his right arm. He got it in his final year of study at the Mages College as a symbol of his love for the Water Element and all Water/Ice related magic.
14) Do people consider you to be a...

Neither. Favith has spent so much time in academic study that is he is actually quite frail. He has some basic skill with a sword but one look at him and you can tell that he lacks the physical traits of both warriors and rogues.
15) How do animals act around you? (are they terrified, friendly, aggressive etc..)
As Favith grew up in the wilds he is very familiar with the ways of most animals. He knows how to appear non-threatening and thus he is generally perceived as friendly/neutral by most animals.
16) If you are lost in a forest, what do you do?
Again, growing up in the forest has given Favith greater than average survival skills, to include navigation abilities, when in such environments. Favith would know how to tell direction from the position of the sun and stars and also how to use landmarks to navigate his way out of most environments.
17) What do you prefer?

A cold climate ]x ] Favith gained an affinity for the Water Element and Cold/Water-based magics in the Mages College. In fact, Favith loves the water/cold so much that he does what he can to avoid the deserts of the land.
18) What condition are your teeth in? ( Do you have.. cavities, a golden tooth, or perfectly straight teeth?)
Favith’s family believed in good hygiene and being healthy so Favith has better than average teeth for a Human his age.
19) Do you have any facial hair? Describe it.
Favith often wears a “5 o’clock shadow” style of facial hair—mostly because that’s all he can usually grow.
20) Are you able to sleep during the day? Are you a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Do you drool, sleeptalk, snore, sleepwalk, have nightmares or dreams?
Favith keeps himself awake as long as possible (due to reading or being out on an expedition) so when he does sleep he crashes hard. He generally has no trouble sleeping anywhere or in any condition. He generally does not dream .
21)Describe your diet. (example: Vegetarian)
Favith views food as something necessary for survival and nothing more. He will eat anything that will sustain him and keep him functioning. Meat, vegetables, breads—all the same to him and he genuinely has no food preferences.
22)Describe your hands. (dirt under the nails, weather-worn etc.)
Unlike most mages, Favith’s hands are not the soft, unblemished hands of someone who spends a life with their nose in a book. Since Favith’s other hobby (besides reading) is exploring and searching for lost relics and ancient ruins he has hands that show some wear. He has callouses from grabbing onto to rock and stone, although he does try to keep them clean when he can.
23)Have you ever been sent to the dungeons?
No.
24) Are there any particular monsters you despise or would like to fight? Explain.
Favith, being fond of water, loathes all things fire. While he has never seen a fire creature personally he learned about Ghasts and Blazes at the Mages College. Favith would love to use his magic to destroy the creatures of Fire.
25) What would you say is your greatest fault?
Favith can be very antisocial and self-absorbed. His attitude toward others either makes him seem abrasive or withdrawn to other people. It is hard for Favith to thrive in a large city or town and even harder for him to work on a group project if the group is too large.
27) What are your goals? (Building a town, becoming rich, seeking knowledge, etc.)
Aside from earning respect as a powerful Mage, Favith would love to make just one “great discovery”. A powerful artifact, an ancient temple of high importance---any sort of important find that would ensure his fame (he views himself as sort of a novice Archaeologist).
28) What advice would you say to someone seeking advice?
Favith is a bit of a know-it-all (at least he thinks he does). He would likely offer advice on any topic—even if he knew little about it.

Favith has personal journals but has not written a book for the public yet. He plans on writing about his finds at some point.
31) What do you think of marriage?
Favith has no time for marriage. It is not something he wishes for himself.
