The names Matthew. Matthew Day. I'm 16 years of age, nearing 17. As to why I want to join your server, it seems to me like every roleplay server I find, the admins don't know what the heck they're talking about classifying my character asking about why necromancy is banned as Metagaming and banning me for 3 hours, when I simply read at the court upon the "Great Wall of Laws" that Necromancy is an offense greeted at the chopping block. Thats one example, you don't need to hear my at least 12 other ridiculous examples. Anywho, Your server from what I have researched thus far, actually understand RP, and does it well. Thus here I am making an application as I would very much enjoy joining in. I have been on "Drakeheart" "Fantasia" "AgeofMining" "MCRP" "Middleluck" "Elementos" and a few others of which most of are shut down. I would send you a link to the applications for them but most of them are closed, and the ones that aren't- you have to sign up to view the forums and most of the Apps are deleted after being accepted. I cannot send the link to my application from Drakeheart as i get an error message when I try to post it.
I apologize however, I am not sure what the application layout means by "Code". If it it necessary, please explain in a reply and I will edit my application as seen fit.

I read the lore and have a basic grasp on it. Well enough to RP if my character knew it. However because my character written lore has him as just having entered the realm, i would need to have my character learn the history before saying he knows it.]
My definition of Metagaming is Using knowledge learned OOC to your advantage in character. Examples being if you know someone is evil but your character does not, you cannot avoid them with the excuse "You're dangerous, i don't want to talk to you."
Powergaming is doing something without giving one the time to react or reply and assuming you succeeded, or making something extremely overpowered, or anything that makes your character Godlike powerful or something along the lines of the same issues.
I understand the chatting system of OOC being in Parenthesis and talking in character.

Here is the lore i have written for my character thus far. It is short but contains all needed to know about my character "Luciean Valador"
Life and Death. Two mysterious attributes of existence. Life- the presence of feeling and the warmth of Light. Death- the dissapearance of feeling and the chill of Darkness.
Some believe when you die, you dissapear forever. Wiped from existance. A stain- to be washed away and cleansed by the sands of time. Others believe that when you die, the spark within you that wards away the fires of destruction leaves your mortal shell. This spark- also known as your soul- then begins a whole new journey throughout the afterlife. The Reaper- the personofication of Death itself uses his mighty scythe to tear a void in your mortality and your soul can then escape as he guides you along the rift of the world into the well of souls- in which your soul traverses to the land of the dead to be judged and damned, or to be cleansed and reborn.
Those who believe this are correct. However, the souls of the dead sometimes miss the Reaper's care and lose their way. These lost souls can absorb life energy and enter the shell of another, "Posessing" them and using them as a puppet. However, lost souls are not always evil. Some of a pure soul show love to their victims and use their time in the afterlife to guide and protect those which he/she cared about in their lifetime.
Humans. Weak and simple. Their souls are the more likely to lose their way. They shift and turn into beings of their own fear. These spectral horrors have sparked the interest of Luciean ever since he encountered one as a child. The magics of the dead swhirled around the spirit as Luciean trembled. His 6 year-old mind couldn't comprehend the necrotic maelstrom before him. He witnessed the soul of a lost one calling for help. Luciean slowly reached out for the spirit, only to see the sprectral energies flash from sight at the tip of his father's blade. Was the being reaching for help? Or was it hostile? Luciean would never know. Or so he thought. He discovered a tome three years later that had slipped and fallen from their home's library. His family was wealthy, but was very secretive. The tome struck his interest and he flipped through the pages, reading the strange information on demons and ghosts and wraiths and liches- until he stumbled upon a page labeled "Lost Spirits- the art of Shadowcharming".
Luciean was completely awestruck at the idea of calling up the dead and befriending them. Assisting the dead in passing to the Well of Souls and puttin the lost ones in the Reaper's arms. It soon lead him to study more and more, reading books on Alchemy, Necromancy, and eventually, Arcane. He learned of Magic from the many books he had read and became almost obsessed with learning its secrets. His parents were protective of him, and tried to deterr him away from his dream of becoming a sorcerer. But Luciean was determined. This wasn't going to slide away from him. His gray eyes were set on course to becoming a great Mage. At the age of 21 he constructed a staff from an elderwood tree outside of his home and prepared to set out on a journey. His birthday had come and he was officially and adult human and allowed to begin his personal quests. Before he left, His parents gifted him with fine black satin robes, and a suprise. A chained tome, and a skull. They knew they weren't going to stop him from becoming a Mage, so they did what any loving parents would do. They kept his back and set him off with what he needed. The tome they gave him was an ancient book from the local library of their town, one of Magical secrets. The mysterious skull was from a ruin deep in the south they his parents payed to have recovered and sent by courier and chariot to their home. The skull attatched itself onto the top of Luciean's staff like it was meant to be. With a few hugs and tears, Luciean and his parents went their seperate ways. Traversing the rough landscape, Luciean felt a presence watching him. As he left the town, he was confronted by a group of bandits that had followed the chariot and set up an ambush. As they surrounded him, chains shot up from the ground and grabbed Luciean. The skull started to shake and as the bandits moved in to steal it and kill Luciean, the chains sparked forth and Luciean dissapeared. It was as if the crystal itself had accepted Luciean as its master and protected him. He phased out of his dimension and made quick action to get away from the bandits. In a blast of power he unphased several miles away from them. The skull's eyes glowed a soft blue, as if all was calm now. However. This land was not the same. Luciean was lost. His location was vague, and he hadn't a clue as to what to do next. all he could gather was that the skull must be important. He vowed to himself and the crystal, he would protect it with his life. He began to move in a single random direction in hopes of finding something or someone soon that could send him on his way. All he knew was wherever he went, Necromancy lie in his fate.

23)Have you ever been sent to the dungeons? Once. Law systems are so biased towards Necromancers. They take one look at our attire and think were a threat to their lives. One guard saw me with my staff and sent me to the dungeons for murder because of the skull on my staff. Oh well, can't really blame them for fearing what they don't understand.
24) Are there any particular monsters you despise or would like to fight? Explain. I hate bugs so Locusts and Serekets are out of the question. I would however love to watch a paladin squirm under my skeleton's sword strikes. heheheh.
25) What would you say is your greatest fault? I'm a thinker. I don't pay attention to anything around me half the time as my mind is always somewhere else.
